§ 19-3.2. Residential Parking Designation.

  • No person shall park, stop, or leave standing a motor vehicle on any street posted as "Residential Parking Only," unless otherwise exempted, for a use not complementary or in harmony with the zoning for a residential neighborhood. As defined, on-street parking associated with the attendance of an educational institution is defined to be one of the uses that is not complementary or in harmony with the zoning for a residential neighborhood. The times and the locations of the streets are included in the Master Parking and Traffic Resolution, as amended from time to time.
