§ 17-3.1. Amount of Bond Required.

All persons installing swimming pools and spas within the City shall, prior to building permit, post a cash bond in the amount set by the City Council through a fee resolution. In addition, said person shall pay a fee in an amount set by City Council through a fee resolution to defray the administrative expenses and inspection costs incurred by the City. Said fee shall be payable to the City and shall be in addition to any building permit fee paid.
