§ 19-2.9. Parking of Trailers and Nonmotorized Vehicles.

No person shall park, stop or leave standing at any time a nonmotorized vehicle or trailer, regardless of width or length, when it has been detached from its motor vehicle on any public street in the City of Villa Park except for purposes of loading or unloading and for a period not to exceed twenty-four (24) hours.
