§ 19-2.11. Master Parking and Traffic Resolution.

The City is hereby authorized to create a Master Parking and Traffic Resolution, as amended from time to time, that contains the legal requirements, rules, and regulations for parking and traffic within the City of Villa Park for those topics which the Municipal Code indicates are included within the Master Parking and Traffic Resolution. To the extent permitted by law, any person who violates any portion of the Master Parking and Traffic Resolution, as amended from time to time, shall be guilty of an infraction or misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, be punished according to the laws of the State of California.
