§ 10-5.12. Natural Slopes Greater Than 3:1.

No grading shall be permitted on naturally occurring hillside slopes greater than three (3) horizontal to one (1) vertical, (3:1), unless approved by the City Council. This provision may be waived for minor grading of vertical cuts and fills of less than ten (10) feet and which are not intended to support structures.
