§ 2-4.20. Additional Duties.

The City Manager shall perform such other duties and exercise such other powers as may be delegated to him from time to time by ordinance or resolution or other action of the City Council. Subject to the approval of the City Council, the City Manager may appoint a City Clerk, and assign any other functions or duties to the City Clerk.
