Promptly at the hour set by law on the day of each regular meeting, the members of
the City Council, the Mayor, the City Manager, the City Clerk and the City Attorney
unless previously excused by the Mayor, shall take their regular stations in the Council
Chambers and the business of the City Council shall be taken up for consideration
and disposition in the order as set forth by resolution.
